A landing page rebuild lifted Konkan Coast Foods's conversion rate 61%

61% lift in conversion rate

A coastal homeware brand was sending every ad to the same collection page. Message-matched landers and a rebuilt checkout changed the economics of their whole media plan.

The challenge

Konkan Coast Foods's paid traffic converted at 1.4% against a 2.9% site average, because every ad — regardless of angle, product or audience — pointed at one collection page. Mobile checkout abandonment sat at 79%.

Strategy

Match the landing experience to the promise made in the ad, then remove friction from checkout. Treat the lander as a creative variable to be tested rather than a fixed destination.

Execution

We built nine message-matched landing pages, one per winning creative angle, each with proof, objection handling and a single call to action above the fold. Checkout was rebuilt to a one-page flow with express wallets surfaced first, and we ran 14 sequential A/B tests over five months at a 95% significance threshold.

Results

Paid conversion rate rose from 1.4% to 2.26%, a 61% lift, without a single change to media spend or targeting. Mobile checkout abandonment fell to 58% and revenue per session grew 54%.

Same traffic, same budget, dramatically more revenue. It is the cheapest growth we have ever bought.
